Yummy quesadillas
I made these:

And they are awesome. However, I scaled the recipe to 4, and then did these changes: just used a whole can of black beans, used 5 oz frozen corn, a quarter of an onion, a random amount of crushed pepper, covered the tortillas in however much cheese I wanted, and counted the entire tortilla as 1 serving cause I'm fat, and made 3 quesadillas from the filling- so I used 2 extra (9") torillas too. I also use Sargento's 4 Mexican Cheese blend for the cheese.
They are the SHIT. If you think these sound good at ALL, TRY THEM.
