So I didn't end up going to my mother's this past weekend, and this was at the request of my brother. My brother's wife had her gallbladder removed today and is in the hospital recovering. My poor brother was freaking out more than a little about this -- this is the first major health problem she's ever had and, in fact, she's never been in the hospital for anything in her life. So, I'll be once again heading towards Chicago for Yom Kippur and spending it -- the whole thing, this time -- with Or Chadash.
