I did it!

2 episodes of irregular heartbeats, feeling hot with cold sweaty hands,being dizzy, delayed reactions, fading vision and sound make for a long, exhausting day. But with the impending feeling of departing this life, i have discovered that i actually want to be here. I have no plans of leaving any time soon.

And I'm a badass for working through this.

passed out drunk and woke up with my belt tampered with...

snook's car overheated, spewed coolant all over the El Acapulco parking lot...

panicked and dug nails into snook's shoulder while riding in the tow truck...

nothing kills your morale at work like having a supervisor for another department come fuss at your entire team for not working hard enough even though most of you are an hour ahead of required productivity....

can it be Saturday yet?

it's Saturday night...maybe the fourth Saturday I've had to work in a row...lots of overtime at work...this is the most tired I've been on a Saturday night in a couple of months...I feel like all I do is eat, sleep, kitty chores, work, and prep for work...i'm having to skip a hour or more of sleep a day just to feel like i'm actually living my own ( Read more... )

let's just say that i'm a tired, yet proud, april after all I've accomplished this week..compared with others, this may not be such a big deal, but this is a huge deal for me...I hope i'm able to keep it up...

it's been a strange week, to say the least...I've changed positions at work to cut back on stress..unfortunately, this switch comes with a pay cut...only time will tell if I made the right choice for me, but i'm feeling pretty optimistic..there's less responsibility, and I get to listen to music and have water right at my desk...i'll probably have ( Read more... )
