With my work having been read over and reconsidered, I just realized I have been starting a lot of sentences with ablative absolutes. I think Latin-isms are infiltrating my writing. With so many ablative absolutes having been read & translated in class, I fear they've become a permanent feature in my sentence structure. What's next, an overuse of

I am really surprised that I just now had to "add to dictionary" the words "taifa" and "reconquest" when using MS Word. I must have used them a BUNCH of times already... How can they possibly be red? Maybe Word just forgot them. It is not the world's smartest dictionary afterall.

So I kind of want to do my medieval pottery paper on practical decorations on medieval pottery. Like, for example, Anglo-Saxon pots have vertical strips of clay in relief all along the outside of some of their pots.
