I may have stumbled on something important today. I may have found myself.
I'm already feeling more in control. I'm calmer. I feel better. A sense of peace, even if temporary or thin, can be monumental.
I want to do something good for myself, so I'm going to be myself.

Some new tools for losing weight
Yesterday I got the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred DVD I ordered. I'm excited to try it out for the first time today. I've been working out with a general fitness aerobics DVD, but the JM DVD says you could lose up to 20 lbs in 30 days - and that's exactly the kind of motivation I need. 20 lbs?
