Update of things and stuff

Spent the past 2 days on a whirlwind, one night trip to Portland. My dad and brother have birthdays this weekend, so I did that as the family visit, rather than thanksgiving thursday. Nice visit. Wish I'd had a little longer with the family

I wish I could have stayed home to bake and putter around...but I'll get to do my share of puttering during the winter break, since i'm not going home for Christmas. :-)

No, but I heard someone else behind me drop a cell phone or Palm Pilot the other day and realized that it's a very characteristic sound.

Good for you for staying home. I wish you still had the hot tub. That's a proper way to celebrate the solstice season.
