BC participants need to understand the transition and know that the MT track (Track 7) is not the make or break track anymore. In fact, it's not even the toughest track in the recent releases.

Track 4 is. Ginga/ESK/Jumpkick. And the recent Combat tracks (tracks with kicks) are more tiring than the traditional Power (boxing training) tracks.

Much worse than I expected. Coughing non-stop and my nose is dripping...

Went to bed at 10 plus, but couldn't sleep cos of the cough. It's terrible.

It would have cost me $2,100 + $245 (airport tax) for the trip, but I got it free by redeeming my miles. Just have to pay the $245 airport tax. I love the AMEX Krisflyer card, it's really fantastic.

Today, we did the ESK track from BC33 - This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race. After the track, some member said that the track was easier than BC32's Call Me When You're Sober.
