Today, we did the ESK track from BC33 - This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race. After the track, some member said that the track was easier than BC32's Call Me When You're Sober. I was just thinking about it, and I do have different thoughts. I think BC33's ESK is much more physically demanding

to me, they both are quite the same, only that BC33's pace a bit fast and concentrate to one side a bit longer. that could demand more energy from participant. else, the back fist is nothing tiring bout that...
while in BC32's, it is physical demanding too, only that the pace of music a bit slow, so participant can arrange their kicks properly. well, that's what i feel.. :-)

we just launched yesterday, but i've previewed that track twice already.
what i find is that because 3304 is faster, participants skate thru and they don't do the full option... hence without the propulsion/rotation, they dont feel it.
whereas in 3204, they have to control their kicks cos the music is slower.
for me, if i do the full option, i find 3304 more tiring.
