What a BEAUTIFUL day! I want to go play outside! It's warm--at least for Spokane--and bright, and sunny! I have now got Spring Fever SO badly! Bring it on!

I know that Zmonsta is leaving town with the Squid, and Thursday is her last day in Spo-town. Sadly, I wish we'd had the chance to hang out or do some of that hiking or sledding we discussed. You seem like a cool gal, and you will have a great time on this new adventure of yours. Good luck! Cheers to you both!

It has been a gorgeous weekend! I woke up two mornings in a row to bright yellow sunshine streaming through my blinds. And today! I was invited snowshoeing with a new friend, and we hiked to the top of Mt. Spokane, pretty much straight up. We had the most awesome birthday party last night. E was so surprised and so happy, it made you smile to see how happy she was. It was her *21st* and she'd been hiding her birth day from us so she had no idea we knew the actual date. All her friends showed up early in the evening. I'm down and out as usually happens when I have down time, but had a nice weekend, all in all. Helped at the Girl Scout Cookie Rally on Saturday morning-afternoon. Last night was nice. I introduced my close friends to a new activity, as disgustingly "wholesome" as some people think it is. We went snowshoeing in the dark on Mt. Spokane.
