That reminds me - I've been wondering about Smoker and Hunter.
Or rather, more specifically, Smoker's sexuality.
I've been wondering if Smoker's doubt in her own 'straightness' would lead to her researching human sexuality, and the various orientations.
Since she's seems like she's claiming that Hunter is an 'exception'.(I believe the words from a past post were something like "it's okay if it's you" or something like that.)
Demisexuality seems like it matches her the most, but ehh, there's probably something that matches her more.
Smoker's definitely not the type to go looking up something like that, as far as she's concerned she already knows the answer! She's really not one for navelgazing at all, haha.
The way I see it, Smoker's always been attracted to women but suppressed and ignored that in various ways for various reasons so it was never something she had to deal with or think about. Then Hunter comes along and sort of forces the issue, which makes Smoker have to start thinking about all these feelings she's been ignoring for so long. CONFLICT

Doesn't feel real to me, either. It's a bit sad, but I heard the announcement about same sex marriages finally being legal, and my first thought was "wow, that was sudden". My second thought was "oh god how long before my state starts screaming that the decision was unconstitutional/the government overstepped it's boundaries." (answer: not long at all. Louisiana is nothing if not predictable in certain ways.) Oh well. GOOD NEWS IS STILL GOOD NEWS
oh boy fic! In addition to the idea I mentioned the other day, I'm ALSO kind of playing with the idea of doing something that at least touches on Juan's backstory in the frozen AU, but no promises yet because I haven't solidified the idea well enough to write it.
And aaaah dare I hope about Mother 3? (seriously, Nintendo of America, someone has already MADE a very good localization and they are offering to let you use it FOR FREEEEEEEEE.)
