Er, so apparently Mrs Malfoy got tired of lounging around her manor and decided to work for a change? Because it can't be that she needs the money.

And before anyone says anything, this is my journal and I've the right to write my opinions in it. I haven't been disrespectful or, what's the word? Right, yes, defamed anyone ( Read more... )

I concede that you should be able to write your own uncensored opinions in your journal, but do you really want anyone, and especially a Professor, to be so acutely aware of your opinion towards her?

Purely something to consider, of course. I'm fairly sure Professor Malfoy wouldn't let something as unconsequential as journal entries cloud her judgement when she gives marks at the end of the year.

She's Professor Malfoy now, you imbecile. Think of what would happen if you called Professor Snape "Mr Snape" and multiply that by a squillion, and you'll have what's coming to you if you ever call her Mrs Malfoy to her face. God, Smythe, I thought you were sharper than this.

Calm the sod down, there. What's your problem? Was the wine not brewed to perfection or did the glass have a stain?

Fine, then. Professor Malfoy.

My problem? How would you feel if 2/3's of your parents were suddenly living and working alongside you? That is, I obviously have no problem. I'm coping with the unique pressures of the situation wonderfully.

BREWED? Wine isn't BREWED, it's FERMENTED.

Brewed, fermented, tossed around! Whatever!

I'm glad you're coping with having your mother here, I don't know if the rest of the school can say the same.

You know, you really should watch what you say in here. It seems like everything you write gets you into trouble. Haven't you learned by now?

By the by, how's your nose?

I heard you're back in school because Goldstein tip-toed up behind you and yelled "BOO!"

Well, he wasn't exactly behind me.

Didn't your own mother threaten you with detention last night?

So he fled the castle for great and newfound power and he's using it to yell "BOO" at high-strung Hufflepuffs. How impressive.

That wasn't my Mother. That was Professor Malfoy.

I thought you would protest Professor Dumbledore's decision.

Yeah, seems like Granger found something to complain about, as well, because she spent detention with me and the elf.
