as for 山も風も海の色も, usually, when you have three things (mountain, wind, sea) lined up like that, they follow the rule of parallelism and are modified, conjugated, whatever, the same way. so "color" is referring to the color of all three things instead of just one. semantically/syntactically speaking, the phrase COULD be read "the mountains, the wind, and the color of the sea", but stylistically, it sounds rather awkward to my ears. and if you handed in a paper to me in one of my writing classes with that phrase, i'd circle it and tell you to fix your parallelism error? :D
