Furusato - Lyrics and Translation

My last second to the last translation for the year, and what a fitting song!  XD

meguriau means "to meet, to encounter, to come across", similar to au, but meguriau also has as positive connotation? that these are people you feel lucky or blessed to have encountered? the context is that you want to see these people because they're important to you, that you feel lucky to have them in your lives? we don't quite have one word that encompasses that sentiment in English, unfortunately ^^;;

as for 山も風も海の色も, usually, when you have three things (mountain, wind, sea) lined up like that, they follow the rule of parallelism and are modified, conjugated, whatever, the same way. so "color" is referring to the color of all three things instead of just one. semantically/syntactically speaking, the phrase COULD be read "the mountains, the wind, and the color of the sea", but stylistically, it sounds rather awkward to my ears. and if you handed in a paper to me in one of my writing classes with that phrase, i'd circle it and tell you to fix your parallelism error? :D
