Who: Pegasus, Jou When: After Ziggy and Kaiba move in to DK Where: Jous bar (which still doesn't have a name) Why: Because Pegs really really, REALLY needs a drink Rating: PGish but alcohol and adult themed stuff
The blond was not his cheery self but had to come to work nonetheless, the past couple of days had been stressful and also school started as well, so which meant...he can't slack off. He sighed and looked around the place, at least not much people here, that's the good part in working on weeknights, bad part, trying to wake up the next day to go to school

"Ah, always such wonderful flattery Joey-boy! If you keep complimenting me on my looks I may just fall for you one of these days, vain creature that I am."
Pegasus smirked at him wryly and tucked a stray bit of his bangs behind his ear. He didn't like Jous wearyness and despair, but the blond seemed to be coping with it on his own well enough. All he could offer was the same comfort ant other friend could.
"Would you mind getting me a drink please? I think I'm in the mood for something sweet and strong, think you're up to the challenge?"
Jou chuckled and quickly nodded. "I'm always up for a challenge, lets see sweet and strong...I think I have one for ya as a starter. Don't let da name give ya any ideas, its weird I kno' but its quite good." The blond quickly took out the ingredients.
Making sure that all the ingredients were chilled, the blond bartender, added the vodka, schnapps and rum to a cocktail shaker. Then he poured some crushed ice and shake well for about 10 seconds and added the mango and cranberry juice. He shook the shaker until a frost formed and then added some crushed ice to a glass, he placed a straw in it, and poured the drink in.
After he poured the drink in a Margarita glass just to be fancy, and serve the drink to Pegasus. "I present da Fuzzy Tongue."
Pegasus exclaimed. He took a liberal sip and it was fairly good. Jou did have some talent in his job.
"Mmmm, lovely taste as well. If you ever decide to stay in the service industry my boy, I can always use you at home."
"How have you been lately Jou? I know the funeral is this week..."
He didn't like to dredge up pain, but it wasn't something you could pretend to ignore. The boys memory deserved better than that, and so did Jous part in his last days.
Jou remained quiet until they reached the castle, he sighed nervously and tied to keep close to Pegasus. He yawned quietly and hoped that he can at least take a nap before seeing Seto, he needed to just try and not screw this up again. Looking over Pegasus.
"Ya mind if we get somethin' to eat and may I get some rest? I'm feelin' a bit exhausted and would like to rest, if dats ok?" He spoke quietly while they reached inside the castle entrance.
"My it is getting late isn't it? I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking. Why don't I show you to your room then? You and Seto can talk in the morning if you like. He's usually in a better mood in the mornings...sometimes."
Pegasus told him with a reassuring smile.
"Just call down to the kitchen for whatever you want to eat. I'll just go and see how everyone else is doing. Mokuba is staying just down the hall from you if you want to see him in the morning too. It's far past his bedtime now though."
Jou smiled and nodded. "Thanks, I'm just a bit tired and I guess a night rest will be betta. That way everyone is rested." At mentioning Mokuba he smiled big. "Mokie is here too? Great, would love to see him too. I kno' I promised him I would talk to him concernin' Leon and Zuki." He smiled sadly, thinking that the poor kid already been through enough already.
"How is he?" He asked a bit worried bout the little guy.
"He's pretending to mope for attention, but I caught him running his scooter up and down the halls so he's obviously feeling a lot better. "
"I think Seto was right, he really did need a change of scenery to help him get past it all. And spending more time with his brother is making a big difference. It's really quite heartwarming to see."
Pegasus led his guest up a back stairway to the east wing of the castle where most of the smaller guest suites were located. Seigfried was staying in the west wing on the complete opposite side of the castle in a room Pegasus parents had once occupied. The Garden suite was far larger and more opulent than even his own rooms and looked out over the courtyard and what would in the summer months be a beautifully tangles english rose garden.
It was a hard room to find if you didn't know your way as it was in the oldest part of the castle at the end of several winding stone hallways. Pegasus doubted Jou would want to try and find it, so he made no mention at all of his pink haired guest.
After finishing his meal, or some of it; Jou laid back on the chair overlooking the view. He sighed tiredly and knew he needed sleep, he hadn't had a good night sleep in a long time. Looking around he decided he just needed to walk, he will try and get his mind of things. Standing up, the teen then pushed the cart back in the room and made sure that it was close by the door so the servant can pick it up
( ... )
A velvet soft muzzle nudged into the back of the teens shoulder. A snort of warm breath greeted him as the large white horse bobbed it's head almost in laughter as it greeted it's friend.
Firewing asked hopefully. No one had come to see him all day so he didn't waste any time on formalities, jumping right in to what he wanted. His master always brought him pink bunny shaped marshmallows when he was good. And he had been good. He didn't smell any on the nice blond haired General, but maybe he could get some?
The large orange and gold eye looked down at Jou and a hoof stomped impatiently.
Seto groaned, breathing in deeply and stretching some as he blinked up at Croquet. "...Nine..? I suppose that's good...where's Max..?" he asked, obviously not fully awake and thinking he was sleeping in their room.
"Master Pegasus passed out over an hour ago in the library. I put him to bed."
Croquets reply was stiff and not forgiving for a half awake mind. He then picked up his bucket and walked over to where Jou was sleeping propped up against the window. Without hesitating he dumped the water on him, turned promptly on his heel, and left the room again as seamlessly as he had come.
After a nice long nap, the blond got up from the bed and yawn. He felt a bit better and now was getting hungry, looking around he remembered the phone Pegs had mentioned before. He jumped on the bed and picked up the phone, he ordered some food and also to dry his clothes, he also ordered some clean, dry clothes in the meantime and then hung up.
Jou waited patiently on the bed and laid back, placing his hands behind his head he stared up at the ceiling.
Later, there was a knock on the door and a maid came in with a basket of clean clothes, the girl blushed at seeing the almost naked teen on the bed and quickly left the basket and left.
He waited for the girl to leave then went to dress whatever clothes she had for him. Soon he walked out and walked towards the kitchen to get some food.

He blinked. "Whoa...you again." The blond stood up and wiped his hand dry before gently rubbing the horse's head.
"Hey buddy...long time no see."

He gently nudged the young mans shoulder and peered down at him on the reclining couch.
"Master Kaiba, do you wish to wake up now? It is nine o'clock AM."
