Blackout!

Yesterday between 7 and 7:30 pm we had a series of brownouts (where we have some electricity but not enough) before out power went out completely. We've had a couple of blackouts in the past but they were usually taken care of in about half an hour

Yes, A/C is a good thing. A very, very good thing. It can be nice to lose the artificial lighting at night and really see the stars but it is not as nice to lose the A/C during the summer!

Do you know what caused the blackout?

Unfortuanately, I don't know. It don't think the power company knows for certain either.

Well, that's not good. They should at least know why you were in the dark... they're the power company...
