Devo is suing McDonalds over a new Happy Meal toy that is obviously based on them, with their PATENTED hats, and it plays Devo-esque synthpop. Since it's a lawsuit, the money is actually going to Devo for these, so they're essentially legitimate Devo paraphanaelia. I bet most people aren't racing to buy them now, but collectors will someday.

Last night my roommate Brian took off for the big drive home from CA to Florida. His suburban was overflowing and there was no more room to bring his snake cage, and so at least for the time he resigned to leave his king snake Hieroglyphics here in Irvine.

This morning we found Hieroglyphics dead, having killed himself.

I got a Wacom "Bamboo," the most baseline generic tablet Wacom sells, and it's been a lot of fun. It's kinda sad that angling the pen doesn't change anything like the higher end ones, but the power to press harder or softer for different line thicknesses has been a blast for these sketches:
