There's been a bit of talk in ucsc about administrators or employers using incriminating LiveJournal entries, Facebook photos, etc., against students. My mom showed me a newspaper article over x-mas break about employers actually searching for prospective employees' blogs and using that information to determine whether or not to hire a person. Costumes!
OMFG my costumes are amazing. I squeezed into a size four (yay for outdated sizing patterns!) dress for the part of Lorraine's mom, and it's simply perfect. I'm hoping Kelly can use her super costume shop working skillz to let out one of the seams, which has about three inches of fabric to use that would make it fit much better. Since when do I have the guts to sing "I Will Survive" (Frankenstein version) to a class full of people I don't know? What is this place doing to me?? First I don't chicken out on auditions, then I sing a capella in front of strangers (worse--strangers I will have to see again quite often)...next I'll be running naked around the campus.Oh...wait -

Class in an hour and a half...I can't believe I have this extra slot of time, I was expecting to be sleeping from the end of anthro to the very minute that I had to leave for French. Gah. Stupid essays. Since when is 1200 words almost four pages?? I spent the whole weekend thinking it would be a silly little two-page essay, but it's notttt and I'm sadddd.
