Today was the one year mark since my knee replacement. Doing quite well, on that knee...

Unfortunately, the other knee is not doing so well. In my 'one year checkup' with the doctor, he confirmed that I will be needing a replacement on my other knee, sometime in the not-too-distant future.

Oh well, not too soon, I hope.

As of 08-03, there is a solar storm happening. There will be auroras going off further south than normal...

Went to Siggraph this week. This years show was obviously a much smaller show than it was even two years ago, and that show was smaller than it had been two years before that. I sense a trend here...
