Had a really great New Year's Eve actually...got a long-awaited phone call, went to a delicious dinner at Buddakan (a trendy Asian restaurant) with my family, then went to the Blue Man Group and rang in the new year with the Blue Man Band and a bit of champagne. I just turned in an online paper 40 minutes late. And it was crappy too. But I felt like absolute shit all day and just couldn't do it. I have done something to my back and hips- they have been hurting for a while and get worse every day. Plus, I had to go off of my meds because they've stopped working, so I feel nauseous and gross, and who knows ( Read more... )

I was indeed accepted, but apparently, acceptance doesn't actually mean there is room on the boat for you.
