Tonight I made my first steps in my senior project, working for two and a half hours on the layout and design. This was my firs time really getting a chance to work on my own on InDesign, and I must say it was fairly frustrating. But I have a good portion of my cover done as well as two additional pages. i finally biked to Lake Calhoun via the midtown greenway. this was my first trip to the lake this summer, and i must say that it was refreshing to sit in the sand reading/journaling and listening to children playing in the water. after my time relaxing and thinking i biked the 3 miles around the lake and then back home.....it was a long, but good ( Read more... )

i hate this time of the semester, there is too much going on at once. a million papers/articles to write, finals to study for, working, moving out, my financial situation for next year, and my living situation. not to mention all the crap inside that i havent hade time to deal with but still seems to hinder me in every way. this has been the worst ( Read more... )

life these past few months has been rough. not getting RA practically killed me....i had no clue it would hurt so bad. ive given all i had to the girls on my floor this year and it kills me that its almost over. seems as though i really didnt give enough. needless to say, im at loss as to what to do next year.
i kind of miss having a life.
