Alina had a big meeting with her big bosses today, and it sounds like it went very well. It turns out that they DON'T buy into what her immediate supervisor has been saying, and that they realize he's been dropping the ball and they aren't blaming her for it. I've done WAY too many errands in the past two days. Many addresses have been changed over, the car has had the belts replaced and the oil and filters changed, the last of the major purchases have been made, things have been arranged for the game next weekend, and many possessions have been packed. We've finally gotten rid of all of the furniture we don't want, and once I sort the pile of scrap cloth and costume bits in the living room, we'll be done sorting everything that needs sorting! I didn't realize I had so much Warhammer stuff. Well, we managed to get out of paying July rent, but then a pile of unexpected expenses fell on our heads all at once. Our air conditioner gave up the ghost, on the hottest day of the year so far.
