We obtained pizza crust mix that has no wheat, corn, or other glutenous substances. And last night, we made pizza. Tonight I had the leftovers.

Pizza is a luxury when you've not had it for a year.

I should have taken a picture. Oh, well, there's still half the mix. I can do it again as soon as I buy more safe pizza sauce!

My change of diet is inevitably a topic of conversation at dinner. My...what do you call your sister's mother-in-law? Foodie Friend bought me some chocolate chip cookies made with no wheat or corn products. Now I have to stop by the store he got them from, before the end of the month, while they're still on sale, and get more.

I keep thinking I need to experiment with baking recipes, and then, when the crunch comes, picking writing or art projects instead...

I stayed up late last night, finishing jewelry (mostly), posting about it, and watching Anime with My Angel.

Went to sleep after a bath, feeling quite happy and relaxed, planning to wake (a little bit late) and write.  The clarity of the memories brought on by finding my old jewelry led me to believe I'd be in good form after a bit of rest.
