Here's a word to the wise: don't abuse your healthcare provider. Don't yell at, threaten or physically attack your healthcare provider. It's not big, it's not smart and it's not going to endear you to us.

It would be more concerning to find you weren't nervous. You'll feel better when you don't have someone regularly dropkicking your bladder, but try not to worry. Discomfort is normal. Contractions you'll know about.

While not too many of these viruses can be spread human to human, waiting rooms are the best places to catch something. I'd sooner be safe than sorry.
