Man, I just don't learn. I asked my parents to help me finish moving out of my old apartment today (oh how I wish the damn U-Haul people had given me a sufficiently large van in the first place!). Totally surprised by that one, honestly. My mom actually showed remarkable restraint in not pushing my buttons.

Granted, I'd have rather spent the weekend drunk with friends, but at least this way I got to get some sleep, and not have shouting matches ^_^

Here's to being stuck on an island with my family for a good 48 hours (at the least).

NotNext year I'll just pull out of my parents' idea of "family weekend at the cottage". It leaves my parents free to interogate me for the whole weekend, I never get any sleep between my both my brother and dad snoring, and it's pretty much a foregone conclusion ( Read more... )

Well, no more bicycle for Woogie - somebody took off with it from around the back of my house. Out of sight, quiet neighbourhood, all that, another unlocked bicycle right beside it but the other bike is still there and mine isn't. I pity the fool that tries to ride the damn thing though.

I'm looking for insurance, deciding on furniture, and feeling nostalgic by listening to the Foo Fighters. I'm only 22, but I'm getting old!
