Has she had an ergonomic study done for her workstation? That could be part of the problem with the back pain, aside from the unpleasantness of having to work where she does.

The boss sound as though he may have some bi-polar tendancies...

The man is a paranoid who reacts before thinking. Whoever has spoken to him last can sway him on a decision, but then someone else can then come in and change his mind. He does our reviews and marks us down for perceived errors, but then cannot tell us how to do the job so he wouldn't be writing us up (they are in the process of changing our job so no one knows what is going on

Sounds like if I had worked under him, I'd have definately bought the ammo...
