[As much as Tom hated to admit it, exercising in the Boxing room just wasn't cutting it out for him. Some of his colleagues suggested that he should get a workout in the training center, but as Tom saw it? That was less a workout and more a "excuse in killing monsters." The pacifist in him wouldn't agree to unnecessary fighting

Enjoy the water Bronson, because Artemis is totally going to "help" him into the pool right now. Have a nice swim~.]

But instead of that human hand? He's totally got kitty paws latching on as he tumbles into that water. He'll apologize later. Hopefully.]

[She tries not to go with him, but it's a hopeless struggle and she finds herself falling into the pool with him.]
[She would be smirky about having shoved him in, but seeing as she's in the water herself it's hard to feel victorious right now.]
[On the bright side she's in her swimsuit anyway so it's not like it's a big deal.]

That's when he notices the kitty claws. Crap... He opens his paw and closes it, mainly to get his hands back to normal, but it's a slower process than he would've liked.]
What was that for?

After taking off his goggles and slicking his hair back out of his eyes, Cid fixes the other with a curious look.]
Not getting in?
Reply
Probably not. It's been a while.

[A faint smile pulls at Cid's lips.]
You are dressed for the occasion already. It would be a waste otherwise.

Okay, so he might've splashed half the people in the pool too, but all's fair! He'll grin once he swims over to where Cid is.] ... Or maybe not.

Not going into the pool?

How about you?

You look like you're ready to go, though.

I... well, it'll take me a while before I actually get in. Werecat paranoia and all.

Seifer's heading out of the pool himself after a hard, long series of laps. He's gotta get on those anger management courses, right? So what better way than doing something like challenging himself through swimming to take his mind off of all the bullshit; he's gotten pretty sick of being at the Training Center every other day, the monsters in there hardly a challenge for him now (T-rexaurs excluded...). Being under house arrest doesn't help either, he can't leave Garden grounds to dick around in a nearby forest or two for something different.
Seifer goes to where he dropped his towel and rubs it over his hair a few times. It's left to drape over a shoulder and Seifer only glances at Tom in passing. He can tell the guy is thinking about whether he should go in or not, that he's stalling. He gets one step past Tom and then steps ( ... )

Tom doesn't have time to react before he falls face-first into the water. He sputters as soon as his head bobs above the water and... well, he's not drowning. Or sinking below the water. Securing himself against the edge of the pool, it's all Tom can do to glare at Seifer.]
What the hell was that for, man?
[On the upside... at least Tom can swim?]
Reply
Call it doin' you a favor. No need to thank me just yet.

Oh? I think you might want to re-think that theory a little... [Hey, Seifer's already dressed for swimming. He surely wouldn't mind some more water being splashed at him, would he? All's fair in shoving and... water fights?]
Reply
Except that he was hesitating. Shadow rolls his eyes at that.
He walks over to Tom, poking him in his back.]
Scaredy cat.

Figures.] What? I'll get in.... eventually...
Reply
Why are you hesitating? You're only a werecat, Bronson.
