So the coming and typing with regularity was pretty much a fail.  After going back to work I didn't go to the library which is where I started this.  Not that I don't have my own computer, I do, as I am using it now.  For social distancing reasons the library is not an option anyway.  I need to pull my actual computer out more often.   This would ( Read more... )

Sometimes it's just hard to want to to talk to people - especially when you don't know yourself what you feel/want. You can still get out of course, go find a quiet corner of a park. Take a book, electronic or otherwise, and just veg. It's not lazy to replenish yourself. You have to be able to feel complete to have that mental clarity. Depression, even light, is a hard thing to master, when you can't run away from the hobgoblins in your brain. Having to face them every day is hard. This is why I play video games. It's an escape. And music, musn't forget about that. Keeps me sane being able to feel that outside emotive force ( ... )

My dads favorite was rowing too.

Yoga and the bad joints thing is true but at the same time its not really bad joints i mean it is but its not at this point i cant really put enough weight and range of motion to go in and out of down dog. That's kind of a basic. I'll figure it out. Its also a money thing classes which is what I really like cost a fair amount of money more than just a gym membership. Not a big gym person never really have been...... that may have to change those are way less costly than classes.

Lots of exercise classes on the youtubes as well. Re memberships, can get good value for a ymca membership and swimming is low on joint pain and they usually have some yoga classes kickin' around.
