So the coming and typing with regularity was pretty much a fail. After going back to work I didn't go to the library which is where I started this. Not that I don't have my own computer, I do, as I am using it now. For social distancing reasons the library is not an option anyway. I need to pull my actual computer out more often. This would

Exercise, of course also helps, drown out the hobgoblins with endorphins. While of course zumba is a more high impact thing, there are plenty of ways to practice yoga, even if you have bad joints. :( Finding the right one is admittedly probably an exercise all of itself. Personally, one of the exercises I enjoy the most is the rowing machine - it's solitary, the flywheel drowns out your own thoughts - it's almost like meditating. I bring it up because its easy on the joints! Of course right now it may just be easier to do rowing on an actual water than in a gym. :) Me, I still go to a park here - it's quiet, out of the way, and the terrain is pretty tough on sections, so it keeps me moving.
I'm sorry about the cooking thing - that would drive me nuts. I <3 cooking, and it's an act of love. If someone else doesn't like it, why not let you do it. So weird. That applies for a lot of things in life. Not everyone enjoys everything, it's not a failure to let someone else who does enjoy a thing do the thing.
Keep on trucking pixikins.

Yoga and the bad joints thing is true but at the same time its not really bad joints i mean it is but its not at this point i cant really put enough weight and range of motion to go in and out of down dog. That's kind of a basic. I'll figure it out. Its also a money thing classes which is what I really like cost a fair amount of money more than just a gym membership. Not a big gym person never really have been...... that may have to change those are way less costly than classes.
need more food for thought
