And suddenly something became very clear- I need to embrace my dorkiness and not be afraid of the things I know, feel, love. I need to find people who are also not afraid and befriend them. Too many people in Seattle are too cool for school and hide behind frosty looks.

I swear, the beauty of the internet is being able to keep tabs on the people who you once cared for, but for whom would have no influence or standing in your life were it not for the internet. I finally moved into a steady place for a few weeks, thank the lord! Done with moving back and forth from Brooklyn Heights to the East Village, I have now settled in south Park Slope. I am writing from a brand new mac book. This isn't the only thing setting to change in my life, a soon to be move to Chicago, buying a condo. All are welcome changes, things seem exciting and fascinating, out with the old and in with the new.

It seems to me a bit odd that there is only one word for love in our language. Others have even fewer.
