On account of the rest of my week is booked, so tonight is the only time I have to help get the place straightened up in preparation for delivery of NEW COUCH YAY!

Thanksgiving was lovely, lazy, and spent primarily sitting in the living room with hubby and in-laws, being reasonably social while scribbling away on new fic that grabbed my brain and ran. The transplantation of the baby trees went...not so well. I had wanted to let them get a bit bigger, thinking it would increase their chances. Which is a great theory until you get to the part where bigger tree = more extensive roots. Which are, it turns out, not so easy to get out of the ground with some actual soil around them.
