Lebanese food = Israeli food = Falasteeni food, with minor differences here and there. It's more appropriate to refer to it as Mediterranean food, I guess, but then even Iranians have hummus. You keep kosher? Hmm.. well, I'm sure the meat in Lebanese restaurants would've been killed in the Islamic fashion which is identical to the shechitah, so if it doesn't matter to you then any Lebanese restaurant should be good for you! :D
im strictly kosher when it comes to meat and then not much else. i cant eat halal, even though its pretty much the same thing, just knowing it hasnt been kosherified freaks me out. my life, it's like, hard.

Anyways, halal slaughter is identical (and exactly identical) to kosher slaughter, except for a prayer here and there.
