I have noticed several people posting a particularly annoying facebook status update lately. It goes like this:

No time to move
Moving sucks

No noisy neighbors (person above us is a teacher; no kids in building at all)
Apartment new; Not falling apart
REALLY NICE DOUBLE Deck
No stairs
Bigger kitchen
Quieter air/heat (those of you who have heard ours kick on understand this one.)
Ceiling fans
Two baths
