Whats that word that means a magical way to forbid people from speaking about something. It starts with a G. I keep trying to spell it Gias or Gais or something like that. My brain has farted and I can't even think of anything with one to google that.

This is more of a "Does such a word exist" than a "What was that one"...
What is that one word that means stuck in your own mindset, in a similar way to the concept of ethnocentricity but instead of it being a mindset held that enforces the superiority of your one group it is the superiority of your unchecked conclusions?

The cumulative effect of harmful substances on animals the higher they are in the food chain.

For example, the toxic amounts of heavy metals in Tuna due to their eating fish that had eaten smaller fish who had eaten bottom feeders. Etc. Or the effects of pesticides used to control insect populations on birds.
