Does anyone know the music played during the Russian gymnast Anna Pavlova's floor exercise in the Olympics tonight? It sounded so familar!

This is incredibly vague, but it's been stuck in my head all morning. It's most likely from a movie, and potentially an animated one. It's someone with a Russian-type accent, saying "It's no speculation," except the way they say it, it's like "Hay noh speculation!?" There's a filmclip for a song, which was released in the last few months, and it's set in Russia/some soviet country, and there are tanks, and the band (who are all guys) are wearing russian-ish clothes, and there's snow.
