Saying or turn of phrase?

I'm looking for a saying that has the same meaning as "I might have been born...but I wasn't born yesterday." That doesn't really make a lot of sense, and the saying I'm grasping for is either the same one said better, or a different one altogether that gets across the same idea. Thanks for your help!

Where I'm from we'd say "I'm not as green as I'm cabbage looking." Might be a bit regional though!

That is exactly the phrase I thought of, so I'll second that one, haha!

Haha, that is great and hilarious, although what the heck does it mean (literally, not figuratively)?! Cabbage looking. Heeeeeeeee. Thanks for your help!

Literally, just "You might think I look like a green leafy vegetable, but I'm not actually green as in naive, young, gullible." I think. No-one's ever spelled it out to me before so I'm making assumptions!

This. I heard a version where the speaker said, "I guess that would make me a day old...if I was born yesterday."

I've only ever heard this as "I wasn't born yesterday!" meaning "of course I know that!".

Just Googled it, and "I wasn't born yesterday" is said to mean "you won't fool me with that", or you'll have to come up with a better excuse, because I know that's not true.
