i live in texas... Carinos is great! my venue has catering included (won't allow outside food to be brought in), but i really like italian food... i hope you chose the nachos as one of your appetizers... i LOVE them... pasta chips with italian style fixings :-D
oooo they didn't have nachos as an option for our catering. We're gonna have these awesome flauta-style thingys though with marinara sauce. lol italian-mexican fusion!
A small chain is still great. And it will still provide cash flow to your town. I also went with a small business caterer, but we have SO MANY of them here in LA that it wasn't a problem. Between the big biz caterer and the small one, I found that the service and attention to detail was much better with the smaller business.
Your food costs are so awesomely amazing. $10 a plate for food and rentals!? That's freaking fantastic!
I agree! We knew catering would be our big expense, so I feel like we won big time. I grew up south of DC so I know how insane prices can be for food. I can only imagine what LA prices are like!
craaaaaaaaaaaaazy, it most def does NOT show those locations when I bring it up! What is Big Brother doing to us now?!? Probably when people from Michigan bring it up, it only shows midwest locations, and when Floridians bring it up, they've only got restaurants in the southeast. Why internet why?!

::shrug:: again, I would have rather gone with a small business, but my town just couldn't cut it in this instance. :)
