I like watching/listening to science programs while I go to bed. It helps lull me to sleep and calm my brain down.

My bedtime favorite was AstronomyCast, an astronomy podcast (huh, go figure...) but I ran out of episodes - now I have to wait a week between new episodes. I highly recommend it, it's fun to listen to and very informative ( Read more... )
