Road Trip
I am meeting up with a friend of mine that is coming from Texas to present a paper at OhioState tomorrow. I can’t wait! The youngest and Mandy are driving me. I get turned around enough as it is during daylight hours let alone evening time. Not taking Kenny as he got Charlie horses going to Tappan and that is a shorter trip. The Eagles have landed!
OMG! The kids, Kenny and I just returned from a very relaxing almost 2 days at Tappan. Not only did I sleep the whole night 11:30 - 7:30, but my blood sugars were 100 (very good for me) and I got to see the changing of the guard of the pair of nesting eagles about ½ mile from our property! Upset
Somewhere in my blog is a comment I made about how I am hating going to the VA as they are always finding something new that is wrong with me.
That spot that they took a sample from - on my nose - from the years of wearing heavy glasses and them digging on my nose. It is in stage 2 of something or another. Some sort of cancer.

Eclipse
I haven’t been to a theater or for a matinee in like forever. When my sister comes to visit from Colorado, I sometimes find myself doing stuff I haven’t done in a while.
We went to see Eclipse. I love all the books and hoopla of Twilight. I can see how the author has intertwined the books, how the movies follow suit. I love how each movie ( Read more... )
