Looks like I am staying home. I couldn't qualify for any type of loan, due to my lack of monthly funds. I guess it is better this way though, not that I have a choice. Everything will be fine. I'm trying to talk my father into letting me replace the wood panelling in my room. Any ideas?

I am hopefully buying a house off Hilburn in Pensacola. I imagine my parents are going to flip their proverbial shit when I tell them I am a homeowner. I'm freaking out with anxiety about it, but I think it is going to turn out to be a really good thing. It's three bedrooms and two baths and, for the time being, is just me and Putnam.
