Today I also spent three hours at GEICO taking tests, filling out paperwork, and being interviewed for a telephone claims service rep job. Random House U.S.A. has about 20 or more jobs it's advertising in New York Times Help Wanted Online. (And demands that you apply via their website, which I have never gotten to work correctly and thus can't apply through.) When I see something like that, it always makes me wonder what's going on.
