Am I alone in thinking that Garbage's "Bleed Like Me" is like a less funky pale shadow of Lou Reed's "Take a Walk on the Wild Side"? Then again, I keep feeling that Trent Reznor's vocal delivery on the line "Are you hiding in the trees?" in "Right Where It Belongs" is kind of Pink Floyd-like.

Glad to see I'm not the only person who prefers 'With Teeth' on headphones, not steroes. Playing it on my computer speakers loses the layers. I thought I was just hearing things.

Don't...just don't mention American Idol. That piece of shit. It's just producing pop, nothing memorable or important. Let us stick to our NIN and Garbage.

Hey,

It's weird; I've never cared for The Cure, but I can't get enough of the String Quartet Tribute's "Bloodflowers". Violins make all the difference, apparently!

I'm a big fan of the String Quartet's Linkin Park tribute, so maybe I should give the Bloodflowers one a try if I see it.

maybe it's whatever you're listening to them on. True, it has a more spoken word feel, but I have no problem discerning the words, as the people who pass by me whilst I'm belting them out on my walk every morning can attest to.
