Exotics Symposium
So we just got back home from Knoxville, Tennessee. We went so I could attend the 10th Annual Exotics Symposium, held at the University of Tennessee's College of Veterinary Medicine. This week in vet school
Things this week haven't been to awful. Had a few exams so that is always a bit stressful but things turned out not as painful as I might have suspected. Next week are more exams and they are supposed to be tougher/ more trixy. We shall see ( Read more... ) -
Green Bean Stew
So when fresh green beans arrive, it is time to make stew with them! Stewed green beans are awesome, from a full stew like the one listed below to ones just simmered-in-tomatoes Greek style.
One of Tony's clients tipped him in produce and moonshine, so I had the opportunity to make this hearty dish! It may not be pretty but tastes DAMN amazing.
