I haven't weighed myself in several days. I won't step on the scale now until my period is gone. I have no desire to be discouraged by any possible water retention

I think for right now I'm going to try not eating at least 3 hours before I go to bed. I eat so late so often and go to bed so shortly thereafter it can't help but be good for me. Walking very well may be next.

I got weighed at the office, my left side is 99lbs and 105lbs on my right... which is not what my home scale added up to.
