The Mystery is Solved!
Went back to the doctor yesterday evening. The lump hadn't gotten any smaller and I was bruising massively. Dr Tanner announced that I must have had spontaneous bleeding which then clotted. Not a whole lot to be done about it. Just gotta wait it out. It will slowly deflate and my body will reabsorb the blood. I'll continue to bruise, of course ( Read more... ) -
It's My Inflammatory Process
The lump seems to be receding; however, it's still just as hard and even hotter to the touch than it was last night. Maybe it's spreading? There is now bruising and other discoloration. Plus, it's tender/sore about two inches down on either side of the lump. It even feels as if it is wrapping around my elbow. (shudder ( Read more... ) -

- I'm moving out of my parents' house and in with Chris. We spent nearly all day Sunday cleaning up our new space. We bought a ceiling fan and even chose paint colors. Chris will hopefully be spackling this week and we will be painting this weekend.

Home from the doctor's office
In the waiting area, there were at least three other people with hacking coughs. So attractive. So not the place to be if you are healthy. Seriously! Saw the doctor. He checked my ears, listened to my breathing, applied pressure to my sinuses (OUCH!). My tonsils are inflamed. My glands are NOT swollen. I've got lots of pressure and congestion ( Read more... ) -

After much poking and prodding by my friends, I now have an appointment to see a doctor this evening at 6:15pm.

Upon returning from Burning Man I found myself suffering from a bladder infection. I went to the doctor and was prescribed an anti-biotic for five days. I wasn't supposed to drink while on it but my run of pills took me through my Nan's wedding. Two nights and one morning of drinking to excess caused the infection to return with a vengeance.
