Food eaten since three o'clock this afternoon:
Burger King: large chicken fingers and fries
2 slivers of white cake w/ chocolate frosting
remaining 1/2 of burrito from last night's dinner
Jack in the Box: ultimate bacon cheeseburger, curly fries and mini chocolate bundt cake -

How long do you need to drink enough water before you start seeing results? I've been doing it for about three weeks now and I'm not sure if anything is any different. I know for certain I wasn't drinking enough water so it isn't that. Maybe you simply need more time? I suppose it's possible I've lost a little weight. I have pretty good skin so I ( Read more... ) -

So. For nearly two weeks I have been drinking only water and skim milk. Any lattes I have had have been either Green Tea or Chai Tea and non-fat! I did have a cup of caffeinated Earl Grey tea last Saturday but other than that I've been pretty much caffeine free! Because I don't drink regular soda, I don't feel as if I'm getting as big of a benefit ( Read more... ) -

The roommate (buull for those of you still not in the know) bought a digital scale. It's been living in the bathroom for a couple of weeks now. I don't stand on it every day. I've reverted to some of my bad habits:
- Putting real sugar instead of Splenda in my tea
- Liberally sprinkling my morning cereal with sugar
- Using whole milk on my cereal

Yesterday turned out to be a bit busier than anticipated. I was expecting 3 half hour massages but found out I was scheduled for not only those original half hours but two one hours as well. Go me!
