what is happening to me? i cant sleep, and when i do sleep i have nightmares. i cant focus on anything for more than five minutes w/o getting bored or stressed. i cant eat right.. i feel sick all the time. and now something has happend that made it all worse. i cried last night for got knows how long and i couldnt stop. please.. someone help
