I have lost 27 pounds (that's 12 kg for you european types) since the end of May.
And I haven't even been crazy about the exercising, just doing it a few times a week and eating well.
I also went camping this weekend, went to a lake and managed not to get burned! Woohoo! -
I'm going to start keeping a fitness journal...
I want a way to keep track of progress/what I eat, etc. I doubt any of you are interested, but in the odd chance you are, I'll be confining the entries to a "fitness" friends group so I don't muck up your f-lists! Mass Effect, exercise, and -the- appointment
Mass Effect is amazing. I can't say how I like it compared to Dragon Age - it's so different. It's on the xbox, has a completely different combat system (which I prefer in 1, but am slowly getting used to in 2) and has characters that are written just as well as DA:O. Of jam and gardens and dumplings and things!
Remember the whole "learn Spanish and do tons of reading for uni" plan? The Spanish is coming along well enough, but I've ditched reading in favor of temporarily turning into domestically-inclined woman. A happy, happy update
1. Rob got a new job! It pays much better and he'll work 4, 10-hour days a week. Getting up early hasn't been too bad for him, and we've kept within a few hours of the schedule.
