Its official. I've finally given in to the temptation and started a blogger account. The journal name is the same (uponeagleswings), but now I can customize it and do all sorts of fun things that I couldn't do with lj. I should start keeping a list throughout the day of blog topics that come to mind. It will go right along with my imaginary list of AC articles to write. Reality TV???
I may actually have to develop a Sunday night TV habit!! Last night we turned on Extreme Home Makeover. Its always a good show, but yesterday's was REALLY good- they had a military family on there. Dad was in Iraq, and as part of the show they flew him home to spend a week with his family. I do have to wonder how many strings got pulled for that, ( Read more... ) -
Waaah!!
I passed an outdoor thermometer here that said 93*F!! I'm so not ready for it to be hot yet! We've even been running the air conditioner. :( I am definitely starting to feel it though. My water bottle is warm by the end of the day- that means its time to start adding ice to it again. And bringing along an extra bottle that is half frozen and half ( Read more... ) -
