The nice thing about having Kowri (bondchick_nett) back is her amazing cooking skills. JUST LOOK AT THOSE STEAK AND EGGS.
I think this must be the biggest family of slobs I've ever played.
...also comes with a high propensity for gaining weight.
Ibis does end up losing weight, but Kowri's too far gone to shed those pounds. Fine by me though, I think she's endearing tubby :)
AND ALSO AMAZING AT HER JOB. Finally get to make use of the basement! How could Kowri's "winning smile and soothing voice"

Also I thought it'd be quaint to by a piano for the entry, and it turns out Kowri's phenomenal at it.
So good it incites those around her to start dancing :P

This made my heart melt. While everyone else was writhing in auditory pain, Big Brother Guillemot came over, sat down, and listened to
Skua play for quite awhile. Never once boo'd him <3
In other child news, Eremomela is well taken care of and the like.
She's also seriously taken up chess and spends most of her free time enraptured in it.
Also: Lawl at the monkey-faced make out happening with Er's parents :P

And now, the Soap-Opera moment you've all been waiting for:
On a quite afternoon, while everyone is busy at work, Shiloh (by charterzard) comes by for an unexpected visit.
Ibis, seeing her approach the lot, knows that if Kowri were to see Shiloh here, she might get suspicious of Albie.
With everything going so well, she knows she can't risk it. So Ibis goes to confront the harlot.
"Say, uh, we don't need any, uhh.. repairs right now... do you mind leaving and never coming back ever again?"
Shiloh merely laughs, and replies saying she's not interested in ruining what Albie's got.
No, Shiloh has bigger plans, those plans being to go to the big city to become famous.
"My problem is I can't bring this kid with me, she's really cramping my style. So I figured I'd leave her with her father... forever."
Ibis initially resents the idea of a new family member, arguing there's no way a spawn of Albie would go unnoticed by certain wives.
But finally Ibis dissents, seeing how she could possibly be saving the life of this unwanted child. She is technically family.
As Ibis accepts the little tot into the family, she can't help but notice that she has her father's eyes.
How will she break the news to Kowri?
She doesn't have to ponder long, for as soon as Shiloh has gone Kowri arrives back from work.
"And who is this sweet little girl? She looks so much like you! "
Ibis has to think fast:
"I, um, had a baby! Yup, I got pregnant and popped her right out.
You've never seen her before because I've... kept her locked in the basement?"
Kowri blinks innocently.
"I've decided to take her out for some fresh air, and since the secret's out I might as well let her roam free now! Haha..ha..."
"Oh Ibis, you've always been a strange one! Well good for you! What's her name?"
Ibis realizes she never got her name.
"Um, I call her ...ah...Sora, you know, like the bird!"
"... the really awkward, big-footed waterbird..."
Kowri buys the story without a hitch, and the big-eyed Sora is here to stay.

Well, we're at our 8 Maxis Max now. So probably not.
Emilijia is still here from the night before. I think she spent the whole day sleeping in her breakfast.
And that's where I get my alterna-challenge inspiration.
Yes yes, I know Maxis.
I decided that these two should live together, since they have been so loyal to each other.
Ibis will remain unemployed and Emilijia will quit her job.
So here's the move-in hug to solidify it visually :P
