Where to start!

Well, as promised, here is the present I made for my swap partner. I'm not as pleased with how this turned out as I could be, I guess. I would have liked to have had the time to make her some cute little socks and mary-janes, and also a felt oboe, but alas I did not.

So I went to the Maroondah Festival yesterday, just for a short visit, partly because it was hot outside, and partly because the craft market sucked. It wasn't even craft! There were about two, maybe three, actual craft stalls. The rest was just junk from Taiwan that people were reselling. So I'm kind of glad that I didn't get a stall there. I ( Read more... )
