So - quick update. I quit my job at Speldorado per September 1st 2016, both because I needed to be able to put more time into Jack of Dice, but also because working for Roeland was becoming very stressful to me. The best thing I could say is that he and I have very different work styles, so let's leave it at that.

Goblin Surprise: Post-post-apocalyptic oatmeal cookies
During Larps, I'll sometimes make meals out of leftovers. Reheat stuff, add leftover ingredients; chuck pantry stock together into a meal...surprise! Nerf clone: X-power Blaster 200
Ran into Nerf-clone blasters, of the brand I posted about in my last post, in our local Marskramer, including some models not in the Intertoys ad. I picked up the cheapest one (a one-shot blaster the same length as a Hasbro Nerf Nite Finder, but smaller in all other dimensions) to poke at it.

For anyone not getting advertisement folders in the mail: Intertoys is having a sale of Nerf-clone guns. Two types of rotating barrel guns, both for 8 darts, for EUR 13,- (35 cm.) and EUR 7,- (22 cm.) ; and a set of two 22 cm. single-shot blasters for EUR 9,-. -

Progress: 7/50 patches completed. I'm still on schedule, though it was difficult to find time to finish the planned three patches. Some unexpectedly long train travel on Friday allowed me the last bit of time I needed though.
